Archiving a team member

Admins have the ability to archive any user on the Zoa platform. Archiving a user revokes their access to the platform, disabling their login. If needed, an archived user can be restored at any time. To do this, navigate to the ‘Archived Users’ tab, locate the user, and click Restore. Once restored, the user’s login and permissions will be reactivated. However, they will not receive a new invitation email.
