Fiat vehicles require a few linking tasks to enable full EV functionality. This guide outlines everything that needs to be done. If the consumer is missing data or features, walk through each task below to ensure nothing has been forgotten.
Action 1 - Re-link your Fiat account to re-enable communication
To restore communication to your device, you need to link your Fiat account again.
Action 2 - Accept the Fiat terms and conditions for communication with your device
To access your device's telemetry data, accept Fiat's terms and conditions through the Fiat app:
Open Fiat App: Start by launching the Fiat app on your mobile device
Sign In: Sign in to your Fiat account if you haven't already
Accept Terms and Conditions: Within the app, locate and follow the instructions to accept Fiat's terms and conditions
