If the Kia isn't displaying data correctly e.g. charge status it’s likely that one or more required actions haven’t been completed.


To restore communication to your device, you need to link your Kia account again.


Action 2 - Accept the Kia terms and conditions for communication with your device

To access your device's telemetry data, accept Kia's terms and conditions through the Kia app:

  1. Open Kia App: Start by launching the Kia app on your mobile device

  2. Sign In: Sign in to your Kia account if you haven't already

  3. Accept Terms and Conditions: Within the app, locate and follow the instructions to accept Kia's terms and conditions
