Kia actions
If the Kia isn't displaying data correctly e.g. charge status it’s likely that one or more required actions haven’t been completed.
Action 1 - Re-link your Kia account to re-enable communication
To restore communication to your device, you need to link your Kia account again.
Action 2 - Accept the Kia terms and conditions for communication with your device
To access your device's telemetry data, accept Kia's terms and conditions through the Kia app:
Open Kia App: Start by launching the Kia app on your mobile device
Sign In: Sign in to your Kia account if you haven't already
Accept Terms and Conditions: Within the app, locate and follow the instructions to accept Kia's terms and conditions
