Can I manage multiple cars in the app?
Currently, our platform allows each end-user account to manage only one car per property. If your customers have households with multiple electric cars, they can only optimise charging for one car through their account at this time. Each account is designed to handle a single car with its own charging preferences, schedules, and optimisation settings.
You can view analytics and troubleshoot issues for all your customers' single-car setups through Business Tools. We're aware that some households have multiple cars, and we continue to evaluate user feedback and feature requests to guide our development priorities.
