What happens when a customer unlinks an EV?
When a customer unlinks their electric vehicle (EV) from their account, we permanently remove all associated EV data from our systems. This includes any historical charging data, which will no longer be accessible after unlinking.
If the customer has also linked a tariff or inverter to their account, this information will not be deleted and will remain available.
Please note that while EV data is deleted, we may retain certain anonymised or necessary information for internal purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Customers can review this by navigating to Account > Privacy Policy within the app.
