Allow Zoa to send emails from your domain

Zoa sends some emails to consumers on your behalf, such as to reset their password. These need to come from an address your customers will recognise, like [email protected]. You'll need to update your DNS records for us to do this in a secure way.

Modify your DNS records

You'll need to log in to the control panel of your domain provider, where your domain name is registered. Although there are many types of DNS records, we will typically ask you to add only a few CNAME and TXT records. No other existing records should be affected.

Your domain provider should have a detailed help guide within their support centre, which will walk you through the process of managing DNS records. Here are examples of how to update DNS records with some common domain providers:
