Connecting SolaX devices
If the consumer's inverter or battery isn't linked yet, they'll see a message on the homepage guiding them to connect it. They can also go to Account > Link inverter or battery to start the linking process again.
Connecting your inverter or battery
On the inverter or battery they had installed, there is a 10-character registration number under the QR code on the inverter’s internet dongle. Alternatively, it’s also shown under a QR code on the small bag with the instruction manual.
Once they have the 10-digit number, they can enter it in the "Dongle registration number" field in the app and select "Continue".
