How to disconnect the inverter

To disconnect their inverter, consumers can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Account.

  2. Select “Unlink devices.”

  3. Choose "Disconnect all devices."

Anyone with access to the Zoa platform can do the same:

  1. Go to the consumers account

  2. Select the three dots to the right of “Devices”

  3. Click “Unlink devices”

  4. Confirm

Impact of disconnecting devices

By disconnecting the inverter, the app will lose all historical data, including:

  • Savings data

  • Solar generation data

  • Home usage data 

  • Optimisation history

For this reason we strongly advise against users disconnecting their inverter unless absolutely necessary. Please get in touch with Zoa first to see if disconnecting makes the most sense.
