Editing a tariff

There are two methods to update a tariff:

By Consumer:

Consumers can update their tariff in the app by navigating to Account → Tariff Details → Update

This will then bring them to the tariff linking flow - where they can relink their tariff.

By Agent:

If the consumer is having difficulty re-linking their tariff, an agent can unlink their tariff from within business tools.

This is done by navigating to the customer account and pressing unlink on the chosen tariff.

This will cause the consumer to be prompted to re-add their tariff within the app:
